The end of 2016 is already in sight!

With the “Indian Summer” still fresh in our memories, the end of 2016 is coming in sight rapidly! It has been a moving year in which the long expected measures were taken against Chinese steel dumping. But is was also the year of the apparent catalyst of today’s world economy: Trump!

In anticipation of Trump’s plans, the interest, inflation and prices are already increasing. It is a question mark for everyone how long this will continue and to what extent… To diminish the biggest risks and fluctuations, we are already inforcing our strategic positions for 2017 when it comes to the capacity and procurement of stripmaterial and tubes. We are ready to roll!

Availability during the holidays

During the upcoming holidays our factories will collectively be closed again this year.

Schoeller Werk closure: Saturday Dec. 24th till Sunday Jan. 1st 2017

Zwahlen & Mayr closure: Saturday Dec. 24th till Sunday Jan. 8th. 2017

Rohrbogen AG closure: Saturday Dec. 24th till Sunday Jan. 1st 2017

At Versinox we’ll have a couple of days off too, but we will still be available for you by phone or e-mail. And because you might just be needing that one, special tube during the holidays, our stock will keep being obtainable for you.

Probably we will be the very first of this year, but we already want to thank you for the cooperation in 2016. We wish you happy holidays and all the best for 2017, businesswise as well as privately.
